There are a couple different ways to access Webstation.
First is through your normal browser following this link: http://bu4598677.nicewfm.incontact.com
Once you are on the appropriate site, you can log in using your InContact ID and the password you set up with the initial email you received from Nice IEX.
If you have forgotten your password you can click the "Forgot Password" link on the bottom of the login screen.
You can find your InContact ID in you Max Agent by going to "More" on the bottom and clicking on "Information":
